Different textile materials including pure cotton, linen, polyester, chiffon, organza, knitted fabric, wool blend, denim, and composite materials possess inherent physical properties such as natural slight shrinkage, gentle crease tendency, floating thread texture, fabric softness difference, and minor hand-feel deviation. These textile characteristics are normal material attributes and shall not be identified as product defects or quality problems.

All size charts displayed on product pages are manually measured based on standard flat-laying craftsmanship, serving as the official sizing reference of our store. Due to fabric elasticity, tailoring style, three-dimensional cutting design, and individual body shape differences, the actual wearing tightness, looseness, and overall fitting effect may vary slightly among different users. Subjective feelings such as slightly tight, slightly loose, not fitting well, or not matching personal dressing preference do not constitute valid grounds for quality return and exchange. Customers shall fully check size data, fabric attributes, and style characteristics before placing orders and confirm suitability according to personal wearing habits.

Each product detail page is equipped with complete professional washing instructions, temperature limits, drying requirements, ironing standards, and wearing precautions. All apparel items require reasonable daily maintenance. Fabric pilling, serious shrinkage, large-area fading, deformation, and damage caused by high-temperature washing, violent machine washing, long-time soaking, improper ironing, bleaching agent use, chemical contamination, and irregular wearing and storage are human-induced damages and excluded from free quality after-sales coverage. Lightweight, sheer, thin, and translucent fabrics are designed with inherent breathable and lightweight features, and slight perspective and thin hand feel are consistent with product positioning, not quality defects.

Our store implements strict pre-shipment quality inspection procedures for all products, checking stitching uniformity, cutting standardization, printing integrity, fabric completeness, and accessory matching. Only products fully compliant with quality standards will be allowed for outbound delivery. If customers receive goods with obvious factory defects including broken stitching, large-area fabric damage, missing printing patterns, wrong color matching, defective tailoring, and inconsistent products with official descriptions, customers may submit photo and video evidence within 7 calendar days after receipt to apply for official after-sales verification.

After successful verification of genuine quality problems, we provide diversified after-sales solutions including free product replacement, full refund, partial refund according to defect severity, and professional fabric and stitching repair. All logistics expenses incurred by quality problems shall be borne by our store. Non-quality returns must ensure that the products have no wearing traces, no dirt, no odor, and complete original packaging accessories. Customized, personalized, altered, and final clearance sale items are not eligible for return and exchange unless serious factory production errors are confirmed.
