Any defective products including broken stitches, peeling prints, faded colors, deformed cutting, and flawed fabric will be eliminated before shipment to ensure all delivered items meet international retail quality standards.

Global cross-border shipping services are available for all regions. We cooperate with multiple stable international logistics carriers to ensure safe and standardized parcel transportation. Delivery duration is subject to change due to customs policy adjustments, random official inspections, logistics route updates, seasonal order surges, and force majeure events. All shipped orders support full-process tracking and transparent logistics inquiry from warehouse departure to successful delivery. Any delays caused by third-party logistics or official customs procedures are regarded as normal international logistics situations and shall not be deemed as store shipping defaults.

All transportation costs and tax liabilities are undertaken by the buyer, including shipping fees, import duties, consumption taxes, clearance service fees, and regional extra charges.
