All original brand tags, boutique packaging, gift boxes, dust bags and matching decorative accessories must be returned completely. Any damaged or incomplete items will fail the return review.
For hygiene and exclusive customization reasons, intimate apparel, swimwear, custom-tailored outfits, handcrafted embroidered clothing and personalized custom products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Seasonal clearance items and discounted promotional goods with more than 50% off are also non-refundable and non-exchangeable to maintain standardized boutique sales rules.
Customer-initiated returns due to personal aesthetic preference, unsatisfied fitting effect or style mismatch require the buyer to undertake all return logistics costs. Our store takes full responsibility for shipping fees if the items have production defects, uneven craftsmanship, wrong size labeling, incorrect style delivery or damage occurred during international transit. We guarantee formal after-sales solutions including full refund or official item replacement.
After our professional quality control team completes multi-angle inspection and confirms compliance, refunds will be issued to the original payment account within 7–10 business days. We support size exchange and color exchange for in-stock boutique items.
